"How to Get Started in Total Quality Management" presentation at the AEI Management Group in Olean, New York, 1994. "Total Quality Management" a Case Study. Presentation at Alfred University Business Forum, 1993. Researched and designed a Human Resources Training Needs Assessment Instrument for the hospitality and high technology industries. The findings of this research were of value in determining the specific organizational development needs for each of these business segments. The findings were presented in a narrative form using tables, graphs, and charts.
