Jim has extensive experience in assisting Organizations in utilizing a team approach for achieving improvements in productivity, efficiency, and cost management. He has served as facilitator for many organizations in their strategic planning endeavors, and has worked actively with numerous executive management groups in the area of group dynamics. In the implementation of TQM, he has worked extensively with Quality Improvement Teams in developing Team Leader/Facilitator Skills.

Recognized as an expert on the implementation of Total Quality Management Principles in organizations, Jim has extensive training in TQM. He has served as a quest lecturer for several colleges and universities. He provides support training for organizations utilizing other quality models such as Crosby, Juran and Deming. He has served as a facilitator for many organizations in how to implement TQM, creating a TQM Awareness, Cultural Readiness, Customer Awareness and Commitment to making the TQM program work.
